Our 'newest' adventure. These are the fryer chicks we picked up from Long's today. They haven't gotten their layer chicks in yet...but when they do, we'll be purchasing some of those too. What farm is complete without chickens???
Oh, that is TOO cute! Can Audrey and I come for a visit to the Wert petting zoo one of these days? Heck, you'll have it all- dogs, chicks, cows- sounds fun to me!
that's fun. my aunt just built her a chicken coop and gets her chickens next week. i'm excited to go see them. her chickens are for eggs and she even got an Easter chicken that lays different colored eggs!

how fun...i can remember having chicks when i was little...i still remember the smell of them, how weird is that.
